Hello,
I recently had an issue with another Charlie Brown SACD. I contacted them and was ignored for weeks. After a second email to them I was told again my email would be redirected to the appropriate person. Within a day I was called by a customer support person, and was told a replacement would be issued, but I'd have to send toh old one back! Thats fine with me! The woman was very nice and helpful. This was just last friday, but I havent seen the replacement yet. I'll keep you updated. Until then, the number I have is 210-549-2500.
Good luck with your non playing issue! Mine was similar but the disc was rejected by one machine, and returned a disc error in another!Will
