For users interest in self upgrade, please see the following link for Denon link and also the latest multi-regional firmware. Use burn 'image' of your CD recorder software rather than burn data file for the iso files after unzipping the D-link 3 file. After the upgrade, the noise in source direct mode is still there, but audio quality seems better, and dark scene in video shows better detail.
