I've never listened to any of the Ultrasone models, but pro reviewer Tyll Hertsens does not seem to be very fond of any Ultrasone headphone (or "S-Logic" for that matter), as you will see if you read his comprehensive review.
I'm betting that there are better "bang-for-the-buck" choices in the sealed headphone category. Check out some of the other sealed headphone reviews on his website. Personally, I think that the AKG K550 sealed headphones are killer cans for money. They can be had for less than $250 shipped if you shop around a bit...
