In that case I was looking for something in the $250 range that would work well with low power sources and I am VERY pleased with the results.
A bit more that your $200 price point but still seems to make the point that if you choose carefully and match the headphones to the source and the material you plan to listen to, there is likely quite a few decent choices one could make.
Perhaps I just got lucky, but...
