I really like my SoundMagic E30's. Very secure with the up and over the ear design. Sound is really good in my opinion. Nice tight bass that goes pretty low with excellent midrange. Highs are just a tad rolled off but not offensively so.

They're a little beyond your price range, but if you're willing to bump up a little they're well worth it.

Edit: there's a huge IEM thread over at HeadFi that will either help or hinder your serach...
