I got my first few from HMV Japan, but they're no longer listed there.
If you're interested, you can contact Mr. Nishimura - his e-mail is at his site below. (It's all in German.) He is not set up to accept credit cards, so you end up having to do an international wire transfer - which, at least at my Bank, adds an additional $35 to the cost of your order.
