Picked up a C7-IEC adapter (cryoed !!) for less than $15 shipped from Take Five Audio, connected a aftermarket 16 ga power cord and immediately the sound was smoother with more bass and detail..It sounds more dynamic. Maybe the picture is also improved. Add The Herbie "Black Holes" and some BRD cones and Pucks and SACD and DVD-A Not to mention cd's sounds very very good.I added a Tube Buffer that added air to the presentation.Mine sounds better than a $1600 Tube Player I just sold.Search SACD/DVD-A and digital here for more info..JD
