You cannot have this resolution with Video.
The Wall is a DVD-V, so you're limited to 16/48 with high quality video & Multichannel options.
Using 24/48 LPCM and DD/DTS multichannel will use up 2.3 + 0.448 + 1.509 = 4Mb out of your 9.6 maximum allocation, leaving just 5.5 for the video. It will be good, but not great.
Using 24/96 audio will take up 4.6Mb all on it's own, meaning the video will be reduced to 3.2Mb/sec, so even if the DTS gets dropped (Which it should not) that is still only 4.7Mb/sec for the video.
24/192 just will not go onto a DVD-V disc - period.
