Does the player actually play all 9 groups?
I don't know it, but have run across players before that are only capable of accessing a single group.

Another possibility is that you didn't set the end actions to go from group to group.
Generally, Multi-Group will not play Group 1 - Group 2 - Group 3 etc.
You would need to set a trap in the PGC Menu space to do this.
Normal behaviour is play the group, return to top menu unless things have been programmed differently.

Groups are usually used for adding Video content, or bonus tracks, or alternative mixes, or even different paths through the audio you import.
