I have a factory Ford in dash 6 disk changer by Pioneer. The problem i had was not the thickness of the disk causing the system to jam, it was the handling of the mechanism and what it did to the non-playing face of the disk. When I played the CD side, the changer mechanism caused light scratches on the DVD side as it was loaded in and out of the player.
