Sorry, I got your use confused with someone else talking about archiving MP3 to DVD-A. You are correct, the 1212M is the superior route and what I have been using for over a year, to generate 24/192 DVD-A of old audiophile LPs. The quality is stunning and certainly preserves what the old LPs deliver, which is lost when simply riping to CD.
