DVD that wont play

New DVD-Audio music releases and talk about the latest players.

I hope some of you guys out there can answer my question.I just bought a dvd "One Night in Paris" by the band depeche mode.It came from a company called Mute Bank in London.When I try and play it the words"Playback limited by area limitations". Can any one tell me what this means?Is it for U.K. play only?I have emailed the company three times with no response.Did I get ripped off.Any help will be gratefull.Tanks Chris
