According to a news item at the site below, Rhino and Warner/Sire will release the Talking Heads DualDisc Brick, consisting of 8 "albums" with bonus cuts and video clips, and the sound format on the DVD side will be DVD-A (advanced resolution). At least that is how Matt (site owner) interprets it.
