I stand corrected there. What I said about "Warner and DualDisc" neglected to mention these latest releases. And that's not to mention a Warner US release of Dire Straits' Brothers In Arms on DualDisc with DVD-A due out this week. (That Dire Straits' album had previously come out on that "DeadDisc" format in other countries -- because Warner does not own the release rights to that album in other countries.)So, whether Warners will release new albums on DoubleDisc (CD plus DVD-A on separate disks in the same jewel case) or on DualDisc will depend on the title. (And you'll never know in advance whether a given Warner title will come out on DoubleDisc or DualDisc.)
By the way, I was wrong only because I could not accurately predict which format a given title will be on in advance of the actual release date. (But then again, most other people cannot accurately predict which format a given album would be on.)
