SACD is an audiophile format. Audiophile's tend to want audiophile recordings, could be why Sony's poorly engineered SACDs don't sell well? Well 100's of other labels are taking up the slack.SACD will be around as an audiophile format for at least another 20 years, maybe much longer!
They tried to KILL LPs, it didn't work Audiophile Companies are keeping LP alive.
They said 24/96 DAD (Video format) is dead, yet Neil Young's Greatest Hit's is a 24/96 DAD playable on ANY DVD player at full resolution.
Warner Bros. says DVD-Audio is dead, yet Classic Records, AIX, High Res Music, Arts & Music and other audiophile labels are keeping DVD-Audio alive.
ZS you and your crummy DualDisc format will NOT KILL DVD-Audio or SACD.
Those are just the plain facts and you will have to learn to live with them.
Sorry you HATE SACD so much. I am really shocked you now HATE DVD-Audio, this I would never have believed.
Do you just support any NEW format that comes along and HATE all the old ones?
