Sorry, cannot help and I doubt that anyone will care - MP3 is a throwaway codec, and has no part in DVD-Audio.
DVD-Audio goes from 16/44.1 PCM to 24/96 in Surround, and up to 24/192 in Stereo.

MP3 is neither catered for or wanted.
Try checking out a forum such as CD freaks - they know a lot about all this, or else doom9
