I cannot find the telephone number right now, but they will want the serial number of the player, as there was indeed a firmware update at one point.
Are you having specific probllems with just one disc, or DVD-A in general?I am not aware of a specific problem, as the most troublesome diasc I own, Tommy DeLuxe edition, plays just fine on this player.
BUT - there were problems with DVD-A playback in general on earlier models.AFAIK, you cannot get a system disc either. The unit will have to be modified at the factory as it needs to be done in a specialised way - and a disc will not do this.
