Stereophile order email- what order?

So I got an email saying thank you for your stereophile order. Seems to be legit from Stereophile. And I've been a loyal subscriber for decades. But I haven't placed an order. But if it's a scam, it's a weird one because the amount of the order is stated as $.01, yes a penny. And if my subscription extended for a penny, I'm glad. Anyone know what might be going on?
