This is a public forum, as it Stereo Times. I log onto Stereo Times a couple of times per week, and I would think I am entitled to know about any alleged shenanigans taking place. I am also entitled to know if Yoav is making all this up."What we have seen so far is your “side of the medal†only, so no one here is in a position to judge the situation unless we all hear Clement's perspective as well."
Well, he is free to respond, but, to date, has not. Of course, Yoav claims that he has e-mails, which may explain why Mr. Perry has yet to respond. Sort of like a celebrity who claims they were "taken out of context", to which the reporter replies "well, I got the tapes if anyone wants to listen", after which we generally hear nothing from the celebrity.
And if Mr. Perry, running a public enterprise, has a beef with a manufacturer, or vice versa, I am not sure why he expects, which he apparently does, that disclosure of written communications are not fair game, particularly if they shed some light on who is the wronged party.
