Reviewers -- Why I don't do it.

I was once recruited by Positive Feedback magazine to write reviews, articles, etc. I quit early because there was nothing in it for me, no benefits at all. Some of the others that like to write nonsense there seem to do so because of their ego. That's the only way I can figure it. I guess my ego isn't big enough. I will post something casually on the net, however. It's then just a way to while away some time or get some tips from others, or answer questions others have about what I did, or whatever. At least it's not driven by a need for being famous. I reduced my profile by eliminating my full name from my moniker to help me be less noticed, where people at work read what I write sometimes, or that sort of thing.
