Transformers
Resistors
semiconductors
capacitors
wire
chassis
hardware
Vacuum tubes
This all for the simple fact that materials used in the American manufacturing of these parts often use imported materials. Even if they don't, the prices will be higher because there will be more competition for the materials.
For those into tube products, I think Western Electric makes tubes in the US but they are a smaller player. The larger players are Russia, China and the JJ plant in Solvakia. Sockets are often imported too.
We have our chassis made here in St. Paul and we have finishing done here in town too. Those vendors are all telling me we'll see higher prices for their work as raw material prices have become unpredictable. That's just one example.
In a nutshell, tariffs are a tax on those who import. Depending on how widespread the tax is, it can affect the entire population of the importing country, even if individuals in that country aren't importing anything. Those taxes simply go to the government, in this case the US Treasury.
The tax is never paid by the exporting country, no matter how much Trump tries to make it look that way.
