Can anyone suggest a 5 channel Class D amp.....yes for Home Theater

Yes, I realize this is a Home Theater topic, but its also a Class D topic and I didnt want to hijack the Class D thread below.
I am not looking for the Nth degree of audio goodness since this is a home theater system.... Am using ESS AMT 1B speakers (6 ohm) for the front and will be getting another center speaker to be determined.
The goal is a lighter weight (lbs) and a less heat producing 5 channel amp w XLR inputs...
I dont need a new amp, pre-owned is ok.... my target price is under $2000.
The speakers will not be pushed hard as the room is realtively small and there is a subwoofer taking care of the very low frequencies.
Any suggestions appreciated.
If there are no suggestions, I will re-post on an AV forum.
