I do not know what the flare rate is, this horns are special made by an Belgian Carpenter he knows what he doing, its was an 20 pieces run only, and special made to contribute to the JBL 2482 the horns are bought second hand aswel te drivers, for as little as $800,- the subs for $850,- and de fostex for $200,- the total til now = $1850,- I think its an BARGAIN !

I did look at; www.groundsound.com, i have to read myself trough this matter before wil come back to this.
