5.3" long (~11.6" major axis) half-ellipse tube based size-wise on Zintz's product is easy in 1" ID pvc and a good player with 'natural' spatial field
K-builder Carl's extended X15 type aluminum tube (1.875"ID, 9" long) has diameter transition(s), makes funky graph but sounds pretty good - - (was K trying to put "reverb" into that tube? - or scatter the field?)
