I'm finding that my current rig really shines with live performances. What are some great ones in 2 channel 24/96 format? Prefer jazz and acoustic/vocal, but am willing to try something new and different if the performance is really special.
Follow Ups:
If you like hi rez live recordings you should check out the content on archive.org. I am a big fan of Phil LEsh and there are some surprisingly excellent recordings up there in 24/48 and 24/96 resolution but many other bands up there as well. You can burn them onto a DVD and play them back on your DVD player.
I just got Neil Young's "Live at Massey Hall - 1971" While technically not a DVD-A, it is a DVD-V with 2-channel 24/96 audio in addition to the video content. It is just Neil Young acoustic with just guitar or piano and his singing. Sinatra at the Sands noted in the other post too is good.
Very much enjoy that one. You may want to try Krall and Monheit on DVD-A also.
