I had contacted both Audio Note UK and Japan (Kondo) before posting the question, but never heard back.

I am not sure if this will help you, but a friend of mine purchased a pair of AN monoblock tube amps and I had to help him repair them (someone modded the heck out of them, and he wanted them stock). He ended up calling the U.S. authorized repair center to get original schematics and part manufacturers, and they were super helpful and knowledgeable.
I can not recall if it was the NY center or Cali center, but you might call them and ask if they know about the cables. I remember my friend and I discussing the service centers intimate knowledge of who made each part on that amplifier, revision changes to PCBs and parts and the like.
