Mono switches.

I think it's a crime to make a "full function" preamp without a mono switch or a stand alone phono stage without one.

I have some really great stuff from the dim-dark past with "electronically re-channeld for stereo". First, they should have been shot for doing that, but if you don't have a mono swith (which my Anthem does not), you have to live with the crippled sound that "re-channeled" brings.

Or so I'm told...as I said, I don't have a mono switch so I don't really know if one is a good "band-aid" for fake stereo.

My next preamp WILL have a mono switch!
