Well Tempered Classic V setup

I just purchased a Well Tempered Classic V an am enjoying it quite a bit but I don't understand how to adjust the overhang of the cartridge. The manual seems to imply that I rotate the entire arm assembly on the plinth. I assume I am just misreading this. Thank you for your time and any other tipS you might have for this new Well Tempered Classic V owner.
(I just installed a Van den Hul MC-Two special on it which thankfully seems to share the overhang of the previously mounted cartridge.)
