Time Life "Great Men of Music" collection.
155 LP's, 31 artists, $100. These are around the corner from me, so no shipping is needed. As it stands I have no classical and I do wish to learn more and be exposed more to the classics.
So, are these any good? Should I be looking elsewhere for my first "dip" into the classics "pool"?I did a search and found reasonably good info that seems to indicate that musically these are worthwhile, the pricing mentioned seemed well below what I am being asked to pay.
I would love a more recent perspective from you guys that have heard these.
