I've been listening to Abbey Road a lot lately. I bought a 'looks unplayed' copy that was more of a VG-, but in spite of the grinding condition of the record, the essential rightness of the analog recording shines through. I bought a 1970s UK copy last night that's supposed to have 'just a small scuff.' We'll see.Others: Pye Kinks compilation at midnight. Rumours, Tusk, Warren Zevon, assorted Linda Ronstadt today.
