I was just in their shop about a month ago (for the 1st time). I was VERY impressed. The salesman was very helpful, very friendly, and let me browse the shop, even though I said I was just passing through on my way home to CT from Boston.It didn't bother him one bit that I purchased stuff used from AudiogoN. It is definitely a place I could do business with...no uppitty attitude on display (at least with me).
