Laura Nyro was a genius.
The Halee S&G recordings are masterpieces.
But,I am convinced that the Nyro tape that I have is Dolby B encoded,because played back through an Integrex Dolby gizmo,there is no pumping effect,and the EQ sounds natural.
Some CBS jazz LPs sound great,most of the classical is unlistenable.
