Yes, the Helius Scorpio that I have is much better than the stock Lenco tonearm. But then it's pricier too. I haven't used it with MMs but I'm pretty sure that it's a medium mass tonearm that will work fine with them.

I've modified Lencos into serviceable arms; they work pretty well with heavier cartrides, especially the Denon 103. If you can get a Scorpio at a good price then to me that's the way to go.
