SOTA stands by their products and you shouldn't be concerned about when you bought it reference getting service. Donna usually handles the inquiries and Kirk does the repairs/upgrades. I have used both phone and email and you should/will hear back. I bought some record cleaner replacement parts and they were super responsive a few years back. I know they are "backlogged" at present as I have a wrecked Cosmos in for a total rebuild/upgrade and they are slotting me in the repair loop as I am paying as I go for the upgrade. They offered to take my very early Sapphire as a trade in if I wanted as an option (I decided to keep the Sapphire along with my Thorens TD 126MKII, as you can never have enough turntables). Donna is very easy to deal with and I think you caught them in a crunch mode. I have been waiting longer than normal for follow ups but I do get the follow ups.Have fun.
