If you have properly grounded everything in a star configuration then any ground loop you might have had due to competing ground references is eliminated but the mains frequency component is still present on any frequency analysis you do on a recorded waveform but at a low amplitude that is usually masked by the phono stage noise - you can't ever eliminate it completely since it is induced in the cabling as the magnetic field is all around you in the home due to your mains wiring.
If you can't hear it don't worry about it.
