From 1983, probably analog tape. That means we have permanently lost the fidelity and dynamics of the original recording due to degradation over time. No amount of "remastering" will ever bring back its former glory. I'm very sad that this has happened to all my favorite music from the '60s and '70s. When my original albums that were purchased back then are finally worn out, there will be no more.
