Anne Jeffreys and Robert Sterling (foreground) were actors who played Marian and George Kerby, the ghosts who haunted the reticent Cosmo Topper (Leo G. Carroll) on the TV series "Topper." (1953-55).The apparent hook to Four Roses here is that another ghost/cast member, the Kerby's St. Bernard dog "Neil," liked to nip his brandy, or any other alcoholic drink, on the show. He had a drinking "problem."
But why they feature a bulldog on the cover is anyone's guess.
