I've made my own graphene contact paste and what I would call contact enhancer The paste is conductive. The enhancer is not. The difference is how concentrated the graphene is. The paste is highly conductive.
At a lower concentration the graphene is still visible as the enhancer liquid is black, but when put on contacts, it gets into the nooks and crannys of the metal, and adds only a slightly grey color to it. But there is not enough graphene for conductivity to take place across more than a couple microns I would guess. But in something like an RCA plug where the metals connect, it increases conductivity.
It works really well, as an enhancer. It is my favorite sounding contact enhancer I have tried, and I've tried a lot over the years.
