I am producing 7.83 Hz pure Schumann waves in the room on my iPad. The isochronic tones are pulses of higher frequency than 7.83 Hz obviously. It's the acoustic energy of the 7.83 Hz pulses that synchronize the brains neurons. The binaural Schumann is intended for headphones, isochronic tones are for speakers or headphones.
