Hi,my brother gave me his BIC 960 turntable to fix.It looks in mint shape but I can't get the platter off.I have removed the C clip locking ring and used W D Forty and letting it sit over night..I don't know how much oh a Herculian effort I should give without injuring this table.I had one going long ago but it's spinning some where else.Thanks for any advise....Mark Korda
