Magnepan's reply, nickel coated copper wire is used in the 1.7i.
I was not able to soldied new xo wire to soldier points on stock xo board. Must need a very hot soldier iron and it is tight quarters so I came up with plan B.
Cut stock wires off soldier points and soldiered them to new xo wires off board.
After triple triple checking wireing, I powered up system and thank the Lord it works. Actually sounds good, but Ill give it about 200 hours burn in time with 24 hour streaming.
Thanks for commemts. Maybe this will help other folks who may want to mod their Maggies.
