Have been playing around with Schumann frequency 7.83 Hz, no, not the Acoustic Revive or any of the small DIY or wall wart Schumann frequency generators. Which are all electromagnetic wave generators. No, it's the acoustic wave version of the Schumann frequency. I stream one of the isochronic pure 7.83 Hz vids from YouTube. I Let it play on my iPad placed 3 feet away to warm up, then leave it on during listening on headphones.
