this is not a subtle chage unless you consider a top-to-bottom, lift-the-skirts, head-for-the-hills, moms-got-a-knife-to-Bobs neck craziness...type mod as something to dismiss. :)

the flat weights or Heavy one should not be used.
Oh, the 4" air dried maple platform it sits on is a performer as well. this $22 weight takes the cake though.
Its sitting on the LCD scren, that's right!! just be careful & it won't leave a mark. works better than with the face down...
every single aspect of Imod gets shot out of a "hell yeah!!" cannon...
If your Ipod/Imod sits on anythng but real wood, preferrably maple, set an empty album cover or about 10 sheets of copy paper in-between it & the shelf. on the cheap, paper sounds pretty good.
vinyl tracks on Imod took a gigantic leap toward being much better than just actually spinning LP's.
have fun with this one, its a kick-in-the-pants.
