IMO, yes.

Electrical resonance on all the house wiring can couple energy to dedicated lines through the common connections at the breaker panel. None of the bus bars has zero impedance, so there will be some coupling.

Getting the best performance from a domestic audio system requires the whole house to be treated to reduce RF noise. Installing dampers on outlets that are at or near resonant peaks is one treatment. Installing filters that block RF noise from strong sources is another. These treatments work together and are not replacements for each other.

Finding the AC outlets that are at or near RF resonance peaks is a matter of tedious trial-and-error. You may come to loathe the test recordings you use to determine whether a damper is doing much good in any given outlet, so don't pick music you love.
