For coupling caps, should I go for BG or Solen?

Hello,
I have a question. For coupling caps (47uf 50v), should I go for BG N or solen? BG N is highly claim as king of 'lytic whereas Solen is metalized polypropylene which should superior to 'lytic caps. Any comment is ppreciated.
