Based on my conversations with TRL it is an epoxy resin...

and I always got the impression that there may be something under the epoxy resin as well. TRL as per their policy won't give out any details. In any case the basis for this treatment came from their work with Intel.

I had the battery powered 900V briefly, but own a TRL modified Audio Mirror DAC in which there are 8 TDA1543 chips in parallel. All of which are treated in this manner.
