Is there a reason (other than cost) why larger caps with >10% tolerance should NOT be bypassed? I am not an EE, but it seems to me that larger caps in any application - especially in coupling applications - would generally benefit from what the more rapid response/recovery the bypass would add. Or is the trade off from the additional parasitic inductance and resonance not worth it? Thanks.
