About six weeks ago I ordered three Hammond 193L chokes from a vendor mentioned by a poster on this forum, A1 Electronics. I purchased these from their online site and made payment with a credit card through PayPal. Several days ago A1 emailed me asking for an additional $17.00 because they said that they shipped the chokes and they came back with a notice of insufficient postage ( I live in California). I told them that I had already been charged for postage when I originally purchased these items. I asked that if they were unable to send these items to me that I'd like a refund. They didn't respond to this request so I've had to open a dispute through PayPal. At the very least I think this represents poor business practices on the seller's part. I am posting this as a red flag for anyone else who may decide to use A1 Electronics.
