I got to talk to Terry Cain about this a couple years ago and he had some interesting insight. His own personal pair (not sure which model) had cryo'ed Fostex drivers and he felt they had been transformed all for the better during the process. But these were speakers made in Japan and they stood up to the Cryoing process. He didn't know if the more recent chinese production models could stand up as well. He tempted me, but I didn't do it yet. I did do the whizzer cone removal with Planet 10 phase plugs and are very happy with them!
