Switch output to speakers A. Tune receiver to your favorite station and turn loudness up so that it is quite loud. Connect the cap in series with 8 Ohm 20 W resistor to receiver output B. Switch output to speakers B. Let it work round the clock for several days (teflon capacitors may take longer). Resistor may get quite hot, so place it appropriately. Several caps can be burned together by connecting them in parallel.
